- You may install and use the Software on the number of MetaTrader accounts specified in your purchased license tier.
- You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software without prior written consent.
- The license is bound to your verified MetaTrader account number(s) and may not be transferred without our approval.
2. Trading Risk and Performance Disclaimer
Trading foreign exchange and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. 3. Payment and Refund Policy
