At DarkWolf Algo Systems, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our software products, all sales are generally final. However, we will consider refund requests under the following conditions:
- The software fails to function as described in our documentation
- Our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of purchase
- The issue is confirmed to be a defect in the software and not user error
- The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the product
- Lack of trading profits (past performance does not guarantee future results)
- Failure to follow installation instructions provided
- Broker-related issues outside our control (spreads, slippage, execution)
- Account blown due to improper risk settings chosen by the user
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@darkwolfmt5.com
- Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
- Allow our team 7 days to diagnose and attempt to resolve the problem
- If unresolved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days
Free Trial
We strongly recommend taking advantage of our Free Trial program before purchasing. This allows you to test the software on a demo or small live account to ensure it meets your expectations.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team violates our Terms of Service and will result in immediate license termination and blacklisting from future purchases.
