How It Works
The indicator divides your selected lookback range into price levels (typically 100-200 levels) and sums the volume traded at each level. The level with the highest volume becomes the Point of Control (POC). The Value Area contains the price levels that account for 70% of total volume. These levels act as significant support and resistance because they represent where the most participants found the price acceptable.
